Fast work turnaround

Our RPA projects typically take between 3 weeks to 6 weeks from start to finish depending on project complexities.

What is Robotic Process Automation?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology for automating repetitive rules-based processes. Software robots act as virtual workers, completing tasks usually performed by people, often across multiple systems.

RPA solutions can interface with major businesses applications, accomplishing routine tasks faster and more efficiently than humans.

Benefits of RPA

Efficient Resource Usage
Human staffs are freed from tedius, low-value tasks allowing them to focus on higher value activities
Increased Output
Automation allows for work to be done 24/7/365 without people fatigue, or quality variance
Reduced Output Variability
Robots are great at duplicating tasks consistently with little to no distinguishable variability.
Reduce Cost
Significant cost savings can be achieved when a business process performed by an FTE is replaced by a software robot.
Ease of Integration
Integrating legacy applications and systems without using custom applications programming interfaces (APIs) or expensive integration software
Increased Productivity
Increased productivity by reducing the time employees spend on repetitive, and manual tasks. It also reduces errors in data entry and processing.

Let's Commission your Robots

Our RPA solution has helped many businesses to grow and save on operations cost. We utilize best practice approach to ensure that all of our RPA projects are delivered on time and on budget without disruption to our client’s operation.

Our Approach

The goal of process analysis is to analyze candidate current processes in other to determine their suitability and design for RPA.

Our 4 step approach to RPA process analysis are as follows:

1. Determine the process to automate

These could include processes that have a direct influence on the end product, revenue, expenses, and other critical manual components. When selecting the process to analyze, we always make sure to note the exact start and end point.

2. Map the current state

Once settled on the process, the second step is to develop a process map of the current state through interviewing of the people involved, and skimming through the existing process documentations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the process and its outcomes.

3. Determine potential improvements

Using our findings from the previous steps we would develop potential improvements to the process to ensure that it delivers optimal automation benefits to the organization.

4. Map the RPA process

At this stage the goal is to filter all the relevant information collected and present it in a neat and structured way for design and development.

At this phase, the RPA process module is built based on the requirements specified at the process analysis phase. It is the process of defining, developing and designing an RPA process which satisfies the specific needs and requirements of the business or organization.

This is our process of testing the developed RPA against test criteria to ensure the quality of every automation and application before go live. This phase serves the dual purpose of verifying that the specification is implementable in practice, and that implementations conform to the specification.

This is phase where we transfer all the necessary knowledge and process artifacts to our clients. The goal of this phase is to increase the capability, capacity, productivity and RPA know-how of our clients.

Our support and implementation includes any modifications and updates that maybe needed after the software is in operation. In fact, our goal is to enable uninterrupted operation of the RPA process, together with any enhancements and changes implementation.

We are driven by values

We are passionate about our work; we always strive  to deliver quality and excellence experience that create competitive advantage for our clients. Client delight is our priority.
